| I. Registration: |
- Registration is open for all students from grade 1 – 10 (closed upon full capacity)
- Maximum number student in class: 24
- Admission is based on "first-come-first-serve" basis
- Students are accepted upon completion of all academic and administrative requirements
- Grade 1 student will have to be 6 years old in early October 2009 or have passed early childhood education (TKB), placement is based on the try-out result conducted before
- Grade 7 must obtain an Ijazah SD, placement is made based on the results of interview both with parents and student, urine test result, student profile and try-out classes conducted prior to school commencement.
- Grade 10 student must obtain an Ijazah SMP, placement will be based on interview result both with parent and student.
- Additional for grade 7 – 12 student: Urine test result

| II. Required Document for Indonesian student: |
- Completed registration form
- Signed Agreement Letter (provided by Madania to be signed by parents or guardian)
- 1 copy of report from previous school legalized by school principal/headmaster
- 4 color photograph (3x4 cm) taken less 6 month prior to registration (student should wear light-color shirt and long hair must be tied back)
- 1 copy of birth certificate
- Student Profile Result
- 1 copy of parents or guardian ID card
- 1 copy of Family Card

- All of the above, except Point No. II. 3,
- Copy of student's passport
- Letter of Recommendation from Indonesian’s DEPDIKNAS or transfer letter from previous school
- 1 copy of student's parent KITAS
- Copy of 8355 form and
- Copy of accreditation certificate
- Letter of equivalent.
